		<description><![CDATA[As the most fortunate beneficiary of both batches mentioned above (first beef, then chicken), and having tried pad see ew at several Chicago are Thai restaurants, I can attest to the sheer yumminess of this version.  I know the dish is not traditionally spicy, but being a &#039;heat freak,&#039; I requested the side of chili padi.  Proceed at your own risk there, but I love the heat with the sweet.
